Breezeway designed and constructed a high quality, well designed, very liveable home on a narrow block. The project was completed ahead of the contract period which is exceptional in the current market and there were no variations.

Breezeway have been outstanding, beyond expectation! Not only have they helped us to design, plan and build our home to the highest quality, but they have been instrumental to keeping the process smooth and worry-free. The attention to detail has been exceptional at every step. We love everyone at Breezeway… immense gratitude for our incredible home!

We've had our home built by Darren and the wonderful people at Breezeway. They did an excellent job and we couldn't be more please with the outcome and the process. We started knowing very little to which they responded with much support. Most importantly, there was no disappointment with the build at the end. Breezeway did an excellent job and created an amazing home.The team successfully managed several challenges on our block of land including a large slope and an underground sewer line. Rather than seeing the slope as a problem Breezeway saw and capitalised on the potential the block has to offer maximin the great views in the location. In addition there was great flexibility in the design of the house allowing us to have the house looking and set out exactly the way we wanted.Everyone was very professional and communicative. We were able to have frequent visits to the house as it was being built and didn’t find anything about the process stressful. It was an enjoyable experience and we put that down to their responsiveness and helpfulness the whole way through.

It was our luck to work with Breezeway House for our first build. The team is professional, experienced and honest. It was not a smooth build being through flood and Covid but Breezeway House did make every stage as easy as possible for us. I will definitely highly recommend them for anyone who is looking for a good quality build.

Excessively loud music being played all day. We are completely unable to function in our home and we are not even next door. Building always starts well before 6am.

When we decided to build, we looked at a few builders and display homes for small lots and we were very impressed with breezeway’s utilisation of space.As first timers we found the building process with breezeway to be stress free and enjoyable!
