I dropped off my son’s soccer boot that had two of the eyes torn when another player’s boot got caught up with my son’s shoe laces. I cannot believe the quality and functionality of the repairs to provide a perfect repair stronger than the original boot. They even stitched up some extra work on the boot for free. Thank you so much.

I went to get a set of retirement gift engraved here. There was a mix of materials, metals and leathers, and messages of varying lengths. I went to him because he has a laser engraver which could engrave on leather. Dude (with the tattoos, I forgot to ask his name) was so chill with me, checking each message with me before starting, making helpful suggestions on size, font, position and orientation etc ...He was very patient with me, ensuring he met my expectations. Two and a half hours later, he had everything finished to spec. (There were several items, so not a small order) Great job, friendly service. I recommend. I will be returning to him when needed.Also, during my time there waiting, I observed him with other customers. He was very straightforward with them, no BS or messing around, he got their jobs done efficiently and in the time he promised them, while my job was being processed. Very professional.Again, highly recommend.
