Halliwell looked after one of my properties and did a fantastic job. They found great tenants and the property was returned to me as I left it.I have also dealt with the sales team on many occasions very professional and knowledgeable on the local area.

Rude and irresponsible Agency. Unprofessional staff including Alan Halliwell.

I haven't seen such a worse agency before in my life. I think they are doing this business first time in their life or may be they do not have professional staff at all as staff is very unprofessional and disrespectful. I am renting 5 Cliffden court and I have been faced a lot since I moved in. I have been paying rent on time. I have rented this on the 3 June and my lease is going to finish next month. I still have legal right to live on this property, but sending me the threatening emails and letters to pay extra rent. I am surprised how can an agency does this. Beware before renting as they have put us under the bus. Owner and agency both put me and my family in a life threatening situation, but they did not apologise for this. They have provided a dummy exhaust fan in the kitchen which is not working at all, and I have complained couple to times in last few months but they were not serious at all. One day an electrician came in, and he told you are lucky as it could be turned into a dangerous fire as there is nothing to induct the heat or steam out. When I reported this issue, instead of taking an urgent action they started sending threatening emails and letters. They are very unprofessional and rude. They will not going to listen or feel sorry , if you will be in danger because of their irresponsible behaviour. on this property we have faced a lot. They will say we have called you multiple times but absolutely wrong. Whenever, I try to call them they never response or call back. Reception staff always said they are not in the office. In last, I would say before going to be their client please talk clearly as later they will not going to listen that.

Very friendly staff. They really care for their clients. I visited other real states as well but in comparison Halliwell gives better services. Talk to their clients, listen their problems and give the best service they can. Especially thank you Teresa for providing me house for lease in very reasonable price. My experience was terrible. I was applying for a rental property in Latrobe on Gilbert Street. Firstly I was given an incorrect viewing time for the property after it happened. Secondly the property manager was not contactable.I rang everyday for five days straight, requesting a call back everytime. The front desk claimed the property manger tried calling me multiple times. This wasn't the case as I had zero missed calls. I gave the correct number and tripled checked all written forms of the number I gave. My experience was terrible.

We can not thank Tony enough for helping us with purchasing our property. Tony went above and beyond to provide amazing communication between the vendors and ourselves right up until the day of settlement!
