The last couple of times I visited them for shellac, after 2,3 days they chipped. For the first time, yesterday I went there and asked to fix my nail, after 30 min waiting there a lady spent 2 min on my nail and as a result of a rush job my nail is chipped again today!!! I have a busy life I can’t keep going there to fix my nails. Plus when someone spend time and money for nail service she expects to have nice nails at least for 10-14 days!!!

I am so happy with my experience today, the customer service was incredible. I came with my mother and sister and was seated straight away. Even though my mum and sister weren’t getting anything done they were given the best customer service. The lady doing my nails was very gentle and would always ensure that everything was up to my standard. The place was very clean and the pricing was reasonable. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

Worst manicure service I have ever received.Rushed, uncomfortable, and inpatient staff. I asked for sparkle on top of one of my nails, her response was like I am making a ridiculous request. And it was not even free, I paid for my own design of nails anyways.Truely a shame, it is a service I believe we ought to enjoy while nails got done, it is one SELF CARE activity, not another item on our to-do list! So close to my home, but I would rather drive further to try a different store for proper and enjoyable manicure.

Best experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. The staff are friendly, welcoming and warm. The person who did my nails was lovely and made sure I was happy with everything - plus my nails came out beautiful and my pedicure was lovely. The massage chairs are to die for and I will definitely be making this my regular nail salon from now on.

Excellent customer service, highly experienced nail technicians, personalised approach. Have been going here for almost 10 years and on those rare occasions when I had to get my infills somewhere else I have always regretted my decision. I always go back to this salon.

This is the best nail salon I have been too! Great price, nails last weeks and friendly service. I don’t live or work close to the area but went once and then weeks later I decided to go back because I was really happy with my nails. They remembered me when I went back which I thought was pretty impressive. They seem to really value their regular customers. This will be my go to salon from now on :)

Been going to this company to get my nails done but this one specifically in Grove Square was excellent. The nail technicians were really nice specially the guy who did my nails (I think his name is Ray?) he was really kind and even gave me a positive manifestation which I really appreciate. My nails are excellent and I could not ask for more! I will definitely come back here!

I go there sometimes but the last visit was particularly disappointing. The nails were done so badly that they started to come off in 4 days.
