Was refused entry with our whippets, never ever have we not been able to take our dogs into a pet shop . Would have spend money there but the lady made us feel very unwelcome which gave us a very bad feeling towards Berri in general

Have great range of pet food supplies and pet acessories like collars,coats and harness. Kennels, cat poles and fish,foods birds to buy too

Hooked on Disease Berri is not good at. Most of the staff are nice however some not as much not long ago we bought 3 Oranda Goldfish and we found out they had a disease called Whitespot or ick we had to PAY for the treatment and didn’t get a refund for the fish even though we bought them with it I do not recommend this to anyone

Absolutely top shelf customer service.Friendly, helpful & generous. Also a great range at reasonable prices (especially compared to some big chain pet suppliers)
