Fantastic Furniture

Absolutely disgusting customer service today at Fantastic Furniture, Logan.My fiancé & I were in the store looking for a new lounge & when testing out one of them we noticed that someone had left their bank card on one of the coffee tables. I walked over to one of the counters to hand the card into a staff member & I was ignored (granted this staff member was helping a customer) so I decided to speak to the other male staff member working.This staff member ( the older bald gentleman) snapped at me, told me that someone else was in front of me and to “get in line & wait my turn.” The tone, the attitude & the fact that this gentleman couldn’t even give me the common courtesy to look me in the eye whilst speaking to me left both my fiancé & I dumbfounded. How can you call this customer service?I wasn’t rude or overbearing & I didn’t try to push in, I just wanted to do the right thing & hand in someone’s bank card.If we do decide to purchase a lounge from Fantastic Furniture I can guarantee you it will NOT be from the Logan store.I also might add that before the drama,the 20mins we spent looking at lounges, not a single staff member smiled of acknowledged we were there.Do better!!

No matter where we look for any furniture needs, we always end up going to Fantastic Furniture Slacks Creek and purchasing what we need.This is due to the fact that there is an absolutely amazing staff member by the name of Nick!Nick has always ensured he goes above and beyond to help the customers, he always has a smile on his face and never tries to rush your purchase. He is always helpful and always makes the time to help you with any questions.

Just delighted with my new 149cm 3 door, double shelving sideboard, came flatpack with good instructions went together over 2 hrs, 2 people need at times. Best buy my 140cm ($199) solid glass, unbelievably sturdy dining table. Then I added my nicely padded retro black faux leather dining chairs ($109 ea).I find all fits beautifully into my townhouse. Compliments to all most helpful staff on a really busy Slacks Ck store this Saturday, again assisted by a gentlemanly helpful guy at Pickup to load all into our car.Congrats on service all round Fantastic Furniture.

Terrible. I took mom and dad to get a temporary mattress just for while they staying with me. The bald guy wearing pink shirt was so arrogant and rude. Just because they can’t speak English. And they all laugh at us. So embarrassing.

I called up asking about a discontinued exfloor product. They had the item in stock and I asked how much they were willing to sell it for. He asked me to come in store to negotiate. I ended up wasting one hour of my time to just get the answer, no it's non negotiable... Seriously, why ask me to come in store then?? I'd give zero stars if I couldPoor customer service. Lots of staff on the weekend but they won't proactively ask if you require assistance.

Went in to purchase a lounge. About 5 workers behind the desk. Didn't even get acknowledged. Left went back about half hour later. After sitting on one lounge for a while a worker finally asked if we needed help but only as she was walking past cleaning. Ended up buying elsewhere.

Took two weeks to get my delivery because the shop was out of stock. When I made the online order it would of been nice to notify me of that before taking my money and having my first scheduled delivery cancelled because of the no stock. Other then that well priced basic furniture.

confusing mishap with my couch being delivered over 2 days the order was confirmed for booking then cancelled and couldn’t be found in the system, but thanks to the help of the amazing ladies named Corey and Sarah, they MADE SURE i got my couch the day after and Sarah personally saw to my lounge being put on the truck to be brought to me! thank you so much ❤️

Bought a few products from Slacks Creek (Logan) store recently. Prices and quality are great. Served by Chris ( bald eagle).Even the warehouse guys are great and easy going. Dealing with Chris was a pleasurable experience. Thanks guys.
