I attended a funeral today of my friend and was quietly impressed with the service.The ladies were very respectful and I especially liked the fact we weren't rushed out the door like a big funeral home on the Central Coast did when my family member passed.Beautiful surroundings ❤️

Stefan and Sam were well informed to gently guide us through the aspects of organising a funeral as we have never done it before... especially under horrid conditionswith covid19.

Lovely staff who obviously care about the people they are looking after. 'not at all pushy or obtrusive. They were very prepared to let us, the grieving family, lead the decisions, but also professionally / sensitively filled in the gaps where we did not have any capacity to make decisions. They were able to take care of all of the legals associated with death certificates, etc.

From the moment I made the call that Dad had died, every detail was attended to with sympathetic calm. The two women who came for Dad, slow walked him in the hearse up our hill in the dark and rain. I was so moved and so appreciated that. After, all aspects were carried out with ease and concern for us. It was a true celebration of his life at the funeral home chapel.

We really don't know how we would have coped without the care and consideration showed to us by the staff of Stan Crapp's Funeral HomeOur beloved husband and father died on the Saturday morning my oldest daughter rang them Sunday morning and they just took over and gave us so much support.The service with our celebrant Lorraine Lehman-Jones just ran so smoothly it was befitting the beautiful person he was and we thank you all for this.Patricia Cains and family.Goodnight my beautiful man.
