Could not be happier with our new floor installation. Due to severe flooding we had to replace flooring for the entire downstairs of our house. Stephen provided a very reasonable quote to do the work. Him and his team arrived on time on the agreed day and got to work very quickly. They were professional, courteous and friendly. The end result is fantastic and the quality of work is 5*. In fact, it looks so good that we've decided to change the entire upstairs floors and will be using Gold Coast Floor Installers again.

Steven and his team were so professional, friendly and we are so happy with the results. They came and installed our hybrid flooring for the whole of downstairs and we were so pleased we got them to return to do all of upstairs and the stairway. They did extras (unforeseen issues with our existing floor) with no extra charge and nothing was too much trouble. Clean, polite and their communication from quoting to when they would arrive etc was outstanding. 100% recommend!

Stephen, Trent and Fellipe did a fantastic job in laying the hybrid floor for my double storey house. The team were very professional and friendly. Great service and Stephen was very easy to speak with. It took me weeks to get 2 quotes from other installers and they just didn’t seem to care. I got in contact with Stephen and he provide a quote straight away and was always updating me.The quality of the work was amazing! I am very pleased with the small details that he did and will be using him again when needed. Would defiantly recommend to anyone needed flooring installed

These guys are amazing. Carpet One were completely useless, so I spoke to Steve. They fixed Carpet One’s faults, completed the work in a couple of days and were fantastic value for money. Nothing was too difficult and their work is impressive. I’m so glad I used them, you won’t regret getting Steve and his crew out to help!
