I recently had a negative experience with Atir Design, and I feel obligated to warn others about their poor service. I have dealt with Atir Design on multiple occasions, and unfortunately, I have consistently encountered terrible service.My recent experience involved a customer inquiry about one of their products. I called Atir Design and spoke to a representative named Leon, who was immediately rude and unprofessional. He instructed me to send an email to an address he provided, but the email bounced back. I found it surprising that a company that deals with customer inquiries would not take the time to obtain my own email address. It was clear that Leon is lazy and does not care about his job.I decided to contact Atir Design's customer service email through their website. However, their website is very old, buggy and difficult to navigate. It took me some time to locate their customer service email, and even after I sent my email, I received no response for over four weeks. Despite sending multiple follow-up emails, I still have not heard back from them.It is disappointing to encounter such poor service from a company that deals with wholesale customers. I would advise anyone looking for a reliable supplier to avoid Atir Design and explore other options. Their poor service and lack of professionalism make them a subpar choice. In conclusion, I urge you to look elsewhere for a more dependable and reputable supplier.
