Consistently expert workmanship and excellent customer service. Flexible and timely service, always been able to fit me in even with very short notice. Very knowledgeable team who have quickly diagnosed and fixed issues with both my Commodore and Landcruiser. Can't fault them, definitely recommend as the go to mechanic on the beaches especially for 4wd vehicles. The team are always willing to check over my 4wd before and after long trips providing great peace of mind.

The guy who drive the Freelander 2 in your shop has no manner and is extremely hostile towards people who visit the business complex. I was looking for another business in the complex (Warringah Business Centre) and parked my car in a visitor's car bay (clearly marked VISITOR). Then this guy pulled in with his Freelander and shouted at me from afar. I couldn't hear what he was saying so I went back to my car, then he claimed sovereignty over the bay, jumped out of his car as if he was going to smash my car, then babbled on about having my car towed. I was like why do I have to explain to you the reason I am here and why can't I park my car in a visitor's bay. The guy couldn't give any reason but just continued to rant...Terrible experience and would not recommend anyone to try this workshop due to the attitude of this guy. Can you imagine you querying him about the workmanship on your car? You will probably be facing a fist.

We have been customers for 12 years & have always found Ian to be the most reliable & honest mechanic we have ever encountered. He Has been looking after four cars in our family & we always feel safe & secure in the knowledge they have been checked thoroughly at a fair price.

Have to say I am very impressed with the service provided. Initially dealt with Matt who squeezed me in on short notice to have airbags fitted to rear coil springs as well as an Anderson plug on tow bar for sending power from alternator to the trailer. Pricing was very reasonable compared to the big names in the industry.Unfortunately there was a fault with the one airbag fitted which leaked over a short period of time. Took it back and the team tested out to find out it was a product fault and not a fitment fault.Upon learning of this and the inconvenience this caused me having to return again, Ian the owner called me directly to offer his support, and arranged (within a week) to collect my vehicle from my house 15kms away and drive it direct to the manufacturer of the part fitted, to have it fixed under warranty direct by the manufacturer. He arrived as agreed, collected, had it fixed and returned in my driveway within 4hrs!EXTREMELY professional support and customer service. I was very impressed - they have me as a customer for life!Thanks Ian, Matt & Team!Ryan

I have been going here for years and they team here have always gone above and beyond to help me. I was nervous when I was first looking for a mechanic as being a female, I worry about being taken advantage of and over charged etc but I am so glad I was recommended this place by a friend because they have always been so supportive and advised me of ways to save money on my car!
