Ronda is professional and although she is further from us, she is a great groomer and consistent in her work. She keeps the hair length for the ears and tail, as we require. Our dogs are well treated and we have no nasty surprises when we pick them up.

I have taken my dogs to Rhonda over a period of 16 years. Rhonda has never disappointed me in her attention and detail to all aspects of her grooming of my dogs. In particular she showed such compassion and care when attending to my 18 year Maltese who was blind and deaf. I can highly recommend Rhonda.

Rhonda first started grooming my Lagotto Romagnolo 12 years ago. She took the time to learn the correct show clip and even called up Margaret Giles in Sydney one of the founders for the breed in Australia to make sure she’d interpreted the breed standard correctly. Rhonda then went on to teach me to show groom my own dogs myself. A shoulder injury means I prefer not to groom anymore if I can help it and Rhonda does all my dogs for me regularly. I can’t rate Rhonda highly enough she is kind and patient with the dogs and has attention to detail for a beautiful pet or show groom.

Highly recommended. Rhonda is supportive in trying to coordinate suitable appointment times. Plus our dog always emerges from her salon trimmed and groomed exactly as we requested. Positive experiences all round.

Showed up to our appointment today and Rhonda canceled on us right as we got to the door. Very unprofessional and rude.

We had our little Moxie booked in to see Rhonda and had confirmed but a freak accident happened where a large book case feel on my wife's leg. She needed immediate medical attention as the injury was very severe, enough to temporarily put her in a wheelchair. Needless to say we missed our appointment with Rhonda..After calling and apologizing twice for missing our appointment Rhonda still refused to book our dog in again with her.It's shocking the lack of compassion, even after we apologized twice for missing our appointment with her, but it's out of our hands.Unfortunately we won't be able to use Ronda again, and even though she's treated us this way, do wish her well.

Rhonda is my preferred groomer for my two Alaskan malamutes. She is always professional and they always come home looking fantastic. Great groomer at a great price.

Rhonda has groomed my Spoodle (not an easy job) for the last 14 years. He comes out looking so schmick and is always happy to see Rhonda who has great skill in handling dogs. Although I have occassionally been late for appointments and late to pick him up, Rhonda has always shown great professionalism in accommodating him. It's a pleasure to do business with her.
