Beautiful location and setting, very lovely friendly staff, and good food. They get busy so expect a little wait for a table if you arrive at peak time.

Lovely food, beautiful settings, and no better place to feel posh and chic whilst enjoying all fresco dining! The menu is a little overpriced for what it is, and the coast can be a tad bit too hard, but it is well seasoned and filling. The decor is the true delight here though!

Oh Parterre...Been dying to go to this place for a long time. I must say, the place itself is absolutely beautiful, can't fault that. But here comes the food....Ordered croissant with butter and Jam. A small bowl of jam arrives and there's mould growing. Flagged the waitress she was lovely, but said there must be bits of cream stuck though she will change it. It was definitely mould ( See photo )Then the mushroom dish comes out. On a glance all looks well. Then my mum was wondering what was bitter until she ate the mushroom on it's own. It was burnt, how do we know ? Because you might as well eat your activated charcoal body scrub.Flagged the waitress, she said it's meant to be like that, even after we stressed that it was bitter AND burnt. I love this old building and sweet garden, The atmosphere is like in South of France.

Love the relaxed atmosphere. Quick and friendly service in the cafe and lovely teatime treats. Will try a main meal/breakfast next time.

Fantastic little place. Lovely courtyard, great freshly baked muffins. Food off the menu was great too.
