Full Spectrum Education - Tutors

I have worked with Ben & Full Spectrum as an external contractor (non-teaching) for years now. Working with Full Spectrum has been a consistently excellent experience. Every team member I have worked with has been professional, skilled & motivated. There is a genuine drive to deliver results for clients, a sentiment I appreciate.

Working with the teachers from Full Spectrum has been amazing. They worked with my son, understanding his challenges and finding alternate ways to make his learning experience amazing. They identified gaps in his knowledge and worked on fun ways to help him build his basic knowledge. They helped and guided on his school work, while looking ahead to see what else was required for his future learning. They also provided feedback to us (the parents) about how we can support him in his education. It has been an amazing experience from the very first meeting.

My daughter was in prep when it was highlighted she was struggling to learn to read. She is a smart child but needed some extra help in this area. I did some research and came across fullspectrum and contacted Ben. The idea was to find the right tutor who connected with your child and taught them in a way that they could understand. Dana came into our lives and has spent the last 18 months building my child’s confidence and her ability to read and write. We can’t thank Dana enough for helping mapout the basics that will allowher to continue to succeed in learning and best of allenjoy her reading and writing!

Kaushik Patel has been my kid's tutor for the last 10 months. And wow I am extremely happy and grateful for all the help that he has made to my children's learning. They are doing so well. I don't know where they would be without him. So grateful words can't say enough ❤

After working in many different educational institutions and contexts over the past two decades, I am both relieved and refreshed to have found my place as a tutor at Full Spectrum Education. My colleagues are passionate, knowledgable, supportive and fun. It's refreshing to meet educators with a holistic view, who understand the emotional and mental challenges kids face inside and outside the classroom. It's also fantastic to be part of a community of people who want to give their kids every chance of success in life, not only at school but in their general wellbeing. Working with students to overcome their fears, manage their stress and meet their personal and academic goals is my passion, and it's great to have this opportunity to make an impact in the community doing what I love.

When I first met Ben Maher the CEO of Full Spectrum I knew I was in good hands, he took the time to listen to what I was wanting. He understood my daughters needs and matched me with the right tutor for her. John was dedicated, and friendly and I saw a lot of process in my child. I highly recommend the service.

Ben and the team at Full Spectrum.... were amazing. My daughter was very confused and stressed.....Ben took the time to have a chat with her and helped her prioritise what she needed to focus on to achieve her goal....she went into exams confidently and did well....she is now at Uni in her first preference and has made the Dean's list ......none of this would have been possible without the support of Ben and his amazing team.......I would highly recommend Full Spectrum.....so much that I have returned this year with my second child.

I knew we were off to a bad start when the owner of the company was over 30 minutes late to the first meeting and then proceeded to take another 15 minutes on a phone call outside our house when already running late.Our daughters assessment was to be matched with an educator but we were told in advance by one of the company employees who she would be with. Then our sons assessment was done while the owner was driving (and eating) our son was then placed with the same educator as our daughter, which didn’t make any sense, he has gone backwards since then and my wife he specifically requested a male tutor due to mental health issues and as recommended by his two specialist doctors, the owner insisted a male would not suit our son (what do the medical and psychology experts know I guess). We had ongoing issues with management and found it difficult to keep up with their schedule when the tutor was cancelled last minute for surgery - this also didn’t add up, the session was cancelled on the day that she was due to arrive with no prior notice that she would even be away, then we were told that we could make up the missed lessons, but that would bring us to 8 hours of lessons per week to make them up on top of the tutors already hard to manage schedule. This was not the tutors fault but the initial meet to determine a suitable tutor was a waste and trying to make up an additional 4 hours of lessons cancelled by the company was ridiculous, this simply should have been credited to the next terms account as it wasn’t due to any fault of our own, they also could have provided a substitute tutor. I run a business, this is no way to run a business and I would not recommend using full spectrum education.
