We Were down in albany on holiday when my 4wd was making a bad whining noise went to 3 different mechanics who couldn’t fit me in. Greg at natrad fit me in straight away, worked back an hour after close to get the job done so we could leave the next morning to get back to mandurah for work commitments. Even gave us a car to use so we could still see around Albany. Great bloke, great service, highly recommend.

Made an appointment to replace radiator, was told multiple times I could pick it up on the same day. Received a call at 4 o’clock in the afternoon letting me know they were not able to finish it. Ended up having to spend 250$ on taxis to get home. Craftsmanship seemed okay but we were disappointed not be offered any compensation for the extra costs we had to make.
