The One Stop Shed Shop

Very disappointed. Calls not returned for 2 weeks. . Finally spoke to someone who took details and said she would email estimation through to us. Given a custom build was requested she also said she would get someone to get back to us to arrange an on-site quote. Another 3 weeks later still no email or return call. We have taken our business elsewhere.

I recently got a quote from The One Stop Shed Shop and their service was great. Chris was really helpful and was able to sort everything from the council, concrete and installation. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a shed.

The best shed we have ever purchased.. Custom made to fit an unusual space on our land.. Beautifully installed.. They organised everything.. They’ll utilise colour samples to coordinate withmatching up your house colour, if required.. All council requirements, concreting andalterations are taken care of in a professionalmanner.. Generally all sheds are made in the sameplace, but its their ability to micro-manage all thedetails together and then bring it to a quality finish.. Chris project managed everything beautifully. They provided all tradespeople. Many have workedin & around the same industries, so they all hadexperience in the field.. They also included an excellent plumber in GrantDavies.Currently F/Shed shop is in high in demand, particularly during in this covid era, so patience & empathy is beneficial. However they will do their absolute best to accommodate you, asap.We have utilised their services & products previously.Including two sheds & a double carport.Very useful, structurally sound and weather proofed.Thank you.

We built our home at Arthur's Lake from a Fair Dinkum Shed and are very proud of the result.

Not a DIY without serious building experience and the after sales support is pretty ordinary and don't get me started on the hardware fixings, excess in some and a trip to Bunnings to make up the shortfall in others.

The One Stop Shed Shop do everything from council to concrete and install. Last year they completed our 12x12m shed, which my husband and i are absolutely in awe of. The guys were so professional and helpful, and we would recommend them in a heartbeat.

They promised everything (probably within 3 months but if you don’t want to be disappointed think 6 months). Over a year later they have delivered nothing (except a promise of double the cost and no capacity for the custom build we agreed on!!!!!!!!!).We understand there are issues with covid but they have NOT kept us informed at all. I literally had to drive over and sit on their couch to get any answers. It has been well over a year since we first paid our deposit and still we have nothing.Honesty, good communication and not continuing to sell what you can’t deliver would go a long way!!!!!

So happy with our shed/mancave - yes it did take about 8mths but for a company to just get everything done from council, concrete and getting it put up without me having to lift a a finger was amazing :-) Very Happy Customers :-)

Would give 0 stars but couldn't. Everything about this business is unprofessional and overpriced. Would not recommend. Office staff were so rude

Recently ordered a shed through The One Stop Shed Shop. I am really impressed with the knowledge and service all round. I wanted a really specific design, that I thought would be complicated to get sorted. Their software let me see what the final product would look like and they offered some advice on small alterations to improve the shed. I was also very impressed that they can look after all aspects of the build process for me. Looking forward to the shed already!
