If I could give zero stars I would. This man replaced my phone battery and returned a phone that did not charge at all. I returned to the shop a total of 8 times trying to rectify the issue which, he had told me he would refund me for if was not rectified only to have him refuse me a refund when the problem was not sorted. He was rude and dismissive and would not listen to any of my concerns or explanations.

thought it was going to take an hour to fix my phone screen but the guy there only took five minutes and they have a full warranty if anything goes wrong!! screen is working perfectly and im really grateful and impressed with this place. top stuff

Terrible service, had to chase up repeatedly to see if they could fix my phone to start, even though I clearly described the issues. Then they returned it thinking they fixed the phone but it was still faulty and couldn't refund money because owner was overseas. I then had to wait another three weeks to see if they could repair. All in all, they had my phone for 6 weeks, did not repair it and refunded the cost of a fix they didn't get done. What a waste of my time. Terrible, unprofessional service.

Whilst getting my phone screen replaced, I was upsold a costly screen protector. It was fixed by the shop owner himself. The screen protector started bubbling from side within a week (most likely due to not enough glue or not being properly UV treated). Took it back to the shop, and was refused a refix or refund straightaway. Even had the audacity to say I would have caused it. During the original repair, the shop owner also insisted on payment in cash, which feels kind of dodgy. I will be reporting them to ACCC with a copy of the payment receipt as it doesn't feel right to be left high and dry by a business like this.

went in yesterday to get a second opinion as Westcoast took $40 bucks to get nothing fixed on my phone for 6 hours and gave my phone smudged with glue and back cover peeled off.HY diagnosed the issue for me in 3 minutes just by charging the phone and see the different voltage input and it was free diagnosis. should have went with them earlier and save myself $40, 6 hours of wait and a batter looking dead phone.

Don’t let him touch your phone/tablets . He will replaced with cheapest quality of parts with promise of 3 months warranty . But he will never honour his so-called warranty.

I took my phone here to fix a charger problem. He told me half an hour. It took 2 hours. My phone now doesn't charge properly (which he blamed on the battery) plus he has damaged the headphone jack port and so the phone is stuck in headphones mode. Dodgy I don't think they really know what they are doing here. When you take a phone somewhere for a simple repair and you get your phone back and it has 3 more problems than when you took it there you know that something is up.

Highly recommend! My phone was busted to the point of no return, the repair man fixed everything at a very reasonable price. He will go above and beyond with his services. My phone is brand new. Was considering to wait for the next iPhone but he has given my baby a second life. Thank you very much.
