1st time visit after moving to Murray Bridge 3 weeks ago. Had stitches taken out of my foot. Doctor, nurse and receptionist all so lovely, friendly and professional. Think I've found my 'home clinic'.

I moved away a few years ago now but I still see Dr Ellen every time I am back in town visiting parents. She is the most empathetic, kindest and patient doctor I’ve ever been to.

I was greeted at the counter by a very nice friendly receptionist and went on to see a very friendly approachable care nurse and then the doctor also friendly only to have to go back to the counter to have my plan copied and emailed by a very unsmiling and abrupt receptionist. So different from the first lady I saw. A shame that that was the last impression I was left with.

Rude staff and rude doctor. Waited 50 mins after I had checked in to be told I hadn’t checked in even though I had.. I went to the same receptionist who asked my name what doc etc and took my immunisation to the fridge herself on arrival! Had to bring my kids and was asked if I had to bring them in for my initial blood test… Umm yeah they are 3. Left without seeing the doctor for my immunisation. Will not be back!

Very happy with my visit tonight. I got the answers I needed with the situation I went for. Dr Warusavithana was very friendly and approachable. The lady at the reception was very helpful and friendly too

Never have I found a doctor I have been so comfortable and happy with, Dr Saif Akram listens, asks questions to find out what could be underlying issues, doesn't judge and genuinely cares about his patients. Thank you for all you have done, you deserve the absolute best and the most praise.Also thank you to the two ladies working reception tonight, lovely people and made me laugh

Doctors are geat here, but the receptionists are extremely rude. Are communication skills that hard these days? Apparently so. Next time you recruit for a receptionist, get some fresh faces in who actually want to do their job and not make you feel like an inconvenience.

had to wait about 25 minutes to see the doctor. Very unusual as normally have a very short wait. staff always friendly and very efficient. Parking is tight but that really can nig be helped. Overall a good experience and would say 4.5 stars if possible

Reception staff and nurses are all really lovely and helpful. Dr Saif Akram is outstanding. He is so friendly, he listens and I couldn't wish for a better doctor. Yes you may have to wait, as he usually overuns the appointment time because he is so thorough, but this just shows how caring he is for each of his patients. I hope he never leaves this surgery.
