I went in for a trim and shave of undercut. I didn't think I had to explain further. Firstly she didn't ask where my part sits she just went straight down the middle and I like mine to the side. She cut the hair around my face so short it could have passed as a fringe. My undercut is pointed at the top and she decided to make it round. I don't know if they are all this incompetent but definitely won't be going back.

Had 2 appointments today, my son went through after a couple of minutes , my second son was waiting , there were 2 other customers in shop, as they left the hairdressers went out the back & did not call my son for his appointment , did they not see him sitting there?? Well the girl at front desk must of because she kept re arranging the shelf next to him, finally the same hairdresser cutting my other sons hair called him up, then 3 different customers walk in and Lo and behold they all came from out the back so serve them, then the price $25 each for high school kids, never paid this much before WILL NOT BE BACK, yes cut was good but not worth the rudeness

Always such a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Jemma and her team are always attentive and make me feel relaxed and looked after, and I leave feeling happy with the results. Thank you Jemma.
