Kind courteous staff, very knowledgeable and helpful, I always enjoy shopping there! I had dropped my debit and rewards card when leaving the store, kind staff member quickly rang me and also my bank to advise me off my loss, I was so great full! He is a genuine asset for the company! And should be praised for his dedication!

Needed a new back wiper for my car and I was so.impressed with the service I received. Dyan, who is a very engaging young lady, looked it up on the system, went to get the item off the shelf and rang someone to get it fitted for me. In no time Marley came from the back of the store, took the wiper from the box, asked me where my car was and in a minute she was back with the broken wiper. Amazing service, and there's a traditionally male operation being professionally and seamlessly run by a couple of confident young females. I was very impressed!! Thanks girls!

Dropped in for a look around and as you do stayed too long and bought something, staff were unobtrusive and helpfull, lots of stuff here for your car. Checkout process was quick, sometimes can be hard to get a park.

Brilliant service by many members of the team today.All questions answered and to a level that should be noted as high quality.I am a qualified mechanic and the guys at Warners Bay that I spoke with were car enthusiasts.One of them even commented about my car and said on of the members of the team at Warners Bay noticed I was in a Mazda 6 MPS.To get quality service from people in spare parts shoo these days is rare and the guys at Supercheap Warners Bay impressed me with knowledge and service.
