Misleading poor and impolite service from the receptionist who informed me before I received any treatment that if I obtained an Advanced Care document from my Doctor they could do a backdate on the medicare payment, when I attended with this several days later after seeing a treating Doctor I was informed that it was not possible to do the medicare payment backdate, The receptionists then denied telling me this information. When I told her I clearly remember that it was herself that stated this she that she told me that I should have seen my family GP that day. impossible to make an appointment so quickly and not what she told me to do. Because of what she told me I went through with the treatment and paid a $85 dollar fee for a 15 minutes treatment , something I would not have done this had I known the outcome. When I told he this she merely shrugged her shoulders, raised he eyebrows in a discourteous in a so what manner""

Top drawer treatment. Tim is very high level and extremely knowledgeable. Especially around sports injuries and back issues. Most of my jiu jitsu club see him.
