The manager Ben and the staff at this store embody and represent the best of what Optus has to offer, true professionalism and reliability.I can't say that about Optus more broadly anymore sadly, however out of new respect for the Belconnen store team, I won't say more than Ben is what Optus should be at it's best.I hope Optus can get back to a point of that being true more broadly again, a once great brand I believed in. It is not too late to turn the ship around and if they do manage to, it will only be because of front line excellence like the dedicated staff at the Belconnen store team.

1 star is a lot!!!! Optus customer service deserves ZERO stars. They couldn't answer me a simple question about their own products and they just wasted my time on the phone just transferring my call to 3 different people with more than 15 min wait in between transfers!!!! Here I am with no response to my question yet. GO WITH A DIFFERENT PROVIDER!!!! TRUST ME

The Dream team - Bart,Julia, and Imran helped me set up a new phone business plan at short notice, was pretty much closing time, and they all stayed behind to lend a hand with packaging, advice, and general queries we had. Very grateful they went above and beyond for us. Will always recommend!

I’d just like to give a huge thanks to Saiteja! His customer service went above and beyond. Absolutely helpful and understanding, gave me an excellent experience in store and helped me out so much. If it wasn’t for him I probably would have left Optus. Someone give this guy a pay rise!
