Previously built with Domination Homes and we are now building with them again. Their service is phenomenal and above all the other builders that I met with. They continued to impress us the second time around with new products and deal for us to choose from. They care and attention to detail is very apparent.The design consultations were a breeze. No request was too big nor did they consider any detail 'too small' - everything that was important to me was important to them. They wanted to unsure that we got the most out of our home without having to pay more than what we had to/can afford. They stayed transparent and honest with us throughout the whole process, telling us what would be unrealistic for our budget and things we could do after handover to make sure things stay on track.Their showroom and Prestart services were simply, undeniably the best I've seen out of any other builder. Everything was on hand, no need to visit another supplier and spend days and weekends trying to find a finishing we liked to then report back to them. Their award for best showroom requires no explaination.Our Client Liaison Chantelle put her soul into my home, helping design a scheme that worked best with the colours we liked. Even once construction had started, Chantelle was always around to deliver updates, news and information when we asked for it or when she had something to tell us.Even with minor things here and there, no item was problem for their team. The Construction Manager, Michael and Supervisor, Cosi, were always attentive and diligent to ensure that we got the home that we've been dreaming of. Even assisting with small matters to aid us and the construction of our home were no issue for the construction team.The trades they are using on my phone are amazing. So far the brickwork has been clean and the site has been tidy the whole time. Driving past randomly and seeing small and big things happening on site always makes us happy.Again, their awards speak for them selves. They are undeniable the best for their customer service and attention to detail.Our new home is currently in construction with our home steadily making progress. I can't wait to move into our new home. It will be well worth the wait and work that has been put into it!

My wife and I have recently moved into our new home, designed by Ian Meyer, and it is everything we had hoped for and more!From the first time we met with Ian, we were impressed with the way he intently listened to our requirements, to build on what can only be described as a difficult block. He immediately started sketching up an initial plan, with our input and discussion, then over the next few weeks produced architectural drawings for us to review and make small changes where necessary. Right from the outset Ian showed his creative flair and knowledge, which enabled him to give us a great home suitable for our latter years.He also showed great diplomacy as he initiated and assisted us in meetings with nearby neighbours. During the whole design and build process, Ian kept in touch with us which was reassuring and gave us peace of mind. Loving the outside look of “The Residence” in Applecross lead us into the display, but it was our initial contact with the sales representative there (John) that really impressed us.We explained that we wanted to keep the look of the front but totally customise the interior for us. John took our specific ideas and drawing and furthered them into an actual plan. He was totally undertanding of our budget and vision and we felt we were in control of directing and achieving that vision throughout the drafting process with him.We were also impressed with our design consultant Mark. We felt he really understood our specific ideas, and very much helped us throughout the prestart process to nail the exact look we were after. During our experience, we felt Mark was knowledgeable, kind and professional, but most importantly great at reassuring us when we had queries or concerns about anything.Our supervisor Joe was also great, especially at accommodating us on site when we wanted to have an update, measure or discuss something specific despite his busy schedule.From start of slab to handover was 12 and a half months, so the build was achieved in a timely manner- a little quicker than was anticipated initially.We were also impressed with the quality and amount of their “standard” inclusions.Overall, we would definately recommend Domination Homes to anyone wanting to build a great quality house with a friendly teamof staff who are happy to hear your concerns and fix issues when they arise.Thank you Domination Homes for helping us to achieve our vision we had for our dream house.Grant and Marilene

From working with their team of designers who translated our ideas into a functional home to all of the trades who completed the work, we were more than happy with the final product. We built with Domination Homes last year and they were amazing! My husband and I were out of the country a lot during the whole process but they made it very easy and were very accommodating to our situation. The design of our house was very well thought out and with all the luxuries we wanted. I was bit worried that my house will be delayed due to the boom, but it was amazing to see the progress. My family and I built with Domination Homes. We built 3 townhouses in Morley, they were designed by the team at Domination with some input from us. The director Dom showed an interest all the way through to ensure we were happy. The supervisor Mark was exceptional in the way he ensure that the whole build ran smoothly and nothing was missed, could not have asked for a more attentive supervisor. The office team was always very helpful right the way through, weather we needed guidance or information it was always attended to straight away. We could not have had a better experience building with Domination Homes.

By chance we came across the Domination display home in Applecross and was immediately impressed, not just with the house but also with the design consultant Ian Meyer. We gave him a detailed list of what we required and our budget. At our first meeting he came with his concept and we were in awe how he captured all our requirements. Obviously it took a few meetings to fine tune the details as it should, but he thought outside of the box with solutions and made the whole experience enjoyable. We also asked 4 other high end builders who gave us concepts and Ian Meyer's design stood head and shoulders above the rest. We have now signed with Domination Homes and can't wait for our new home.

We have no regrets in appointing Domination Homes as our builder. From the beginning to the end, we have a smooth sailing building. All co-ordinations were well taken care off by the Prestart Consultant | Client Liaison. Our queries were looked into and answered in a very quickly manner. In short, they have a good eye for detail in building our dream home. During the handover, the defects we found are very negligible.

We were very impressed with our building experience with Domination homes. The quality of the homes are excellent. The house was built within the promised schedule. They were professional to deal with, had excellent processes and delivered what they promised. We would certainly build with Domination Homes again.
