If I could give 10 stars I would!Tovo was introduced to me and my Architectural practice team 8 years ago on a massive project in Freshwater by the electrician.The experience was so fullfilling, with more than just beautiful lights. Marc and his team are so dedicated to the project that every light was explained in depth with numerous site visits to meet the client, us and the builder. They ensured everything was perfect, and the result was absolutely breathtaking.Since that project it is rare for us to specify other lighting companies, Marc has partnered with us on our Gordon house, Aperture house, The Warehouse, Pacific Bondi, Yoga Bar, 3 Wahroonga homes, Liverpool Medical & our own offices. All of which have left the clients in awe of the quality and the professionalism of Marc and his team.We are currently using Tovo on another 4 projects across Wahroonga, Dulwich Hill, Turramurra and Paddington with rave reviews from all our clients and the electricians about the personal service and the depth of understanding Marc has for a project and lighting.I recently went to a project I worked on with Lean productions almost 12 years ago and the owner, an electrician who chose his own lights had used Tovo lights throughout....the lights were still stunning, impecable and ageless.I can not recommend Tovo more, Australian designed & made too, which means something to us as designers.Over the past years, Marc has not only stayed one of our favourite partners but I would consider him a great friend....Thank you for always having our back Marc and shining the light on our projects.couldnt get the same result without you. I had a great experience with TOVO lighting. I had no idea that lighting could add so much to the ambience and feel of your home. I consulted with Sharon on my new build and I am so glad I did. My new home is beautiful but with the lighting provided by TOVO is also magical.

Would like to give 3, but I just can't. Incredibly high prices and incredible markup, dimming modules available online for $38 being resold by Tovo for $158. Faulty driver issue which wasn't as easy to replace as it should have been. Ended up with a spare driver because in the end I didn't need two or the dimming modules despite Tovo being made very clearly my required setup. Unfortunately not the expert lighting company I'd come to believe. Will not use in the future.

I spent over $13k and returned one fitting for repair.Jamie agreed to repair the fitting knuckle but made a mistake for disposing my return without permission!Awful customer service. Never again!Reply to your comments below:Jamie swapped the white fittings due to poor quality of paint finish. It is clearly a quality issue. I think it is fair she offered to pick up the faulty ones and do the swap over. Isn't this a standard practice? you don't feel this caused your customer inconveniences??I did email to say i will pick up this damaged fitting.In email, she also admitted she did make a mistake and dispose my fitting without permission.You are now in complete denial of her mistake!

I have worked with the team at Tovo lighting on a number of residential projects. Their service from start to finish has been great, their product is exceptional as is their lighting knowledge. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tovo for your lighting design & supply needs.
