Auto Service Shop

Been using Mark and Kyle for about 5 years now. Never had a problem, I know the price in advance, always contact me if they find anything beyond what we first considered. Highly recommended.

We've been going to Auto Leaders aka Auto Service Shop and for the most part been happy with there work and unless that changes we will continue to use their business.To us they have been helpful open to discussion accommodating and the prices close to expected.

Friendly and helpful staff. Sharp pricing which could explain why they are sometimes brief on the phone as they're so busy. I've been very happy with them, and they even remember us between 10+ month services.

I had quite a large exhaust leak that proved to be a bit of a mission to get to. Kyle was absolutely wonderful in identifying the problem and getting the job fixed properly and in a professional manner. Couldn't rate these guys highly enough!

The guys at Auto Service Shop are absolutely amazing!I have had issues over the years with my cars and they have always been professional, knowledgeable, well priced and approachable.Highly recommend!

Have been using this business for a long time. Found them to be very clear with communication and pricing and half of the previous dealership we used. We actually drive half an hour extra to go there. Keep up the good work

Auto Leaders Beenleigh Was A Bad Choice!Customer Service was horrible!You should be ashamed of the way you spoke to us.So Disrespectful and Rude!I have been using Auto Leaders for the last 2 years and the customer service used to be great. But the new staff are horrible!Yesterday my car went in for a log book service, got a call saying my car was ready to be picked up, when we get there to pick it up we get told there were a few problems. They would not explain to us exactly what it was. I get home there was now brake fluid everywhere. Why would they not ring me to say look we've found a problem, its not fit to be driven and to possibly offer to fix it?.Instead they just wrote the problems on the service sheet, would not explain to us what they were and sent me on my way.If we didnt look over the car later that night, i would of run out of brake fluid and i could of had a serious incident.So upset at the way we were treated.Very Poor Customer Service!

My husband and myself have been having both our Fords serviced and minor repairs, repaired here for a wee while now. Recently Saturday the 3/9 my husband dropped my territory off for a service and vehicle inspection. On the service sheet there were a couple of minor issues needing repaired, the main being the lh front tie rod end had minor free play. Fast forward 2 days later when using the car there is a horrible, loud creaking/grinding sound coming from what I thought would be front suspension. Car was very bumpy to drive and the sound was constant and car barely driveable. i needed this repaired asap so I took it elsewhere.We informed them the service sheet stated tie rod end had minor free play and that we assumed it was that. WRONG!! They have informed us that there is no issues at all with tie rod ends and that the lower control arms are absolutely stuffed . Yet on the service sheet underFRONT LOWER CONTROL ARM BUSHES, BALL JOINTS , WORN ,SPLIT OR CRACKED it says passAlso under . FRONT SUSPENSION STRUTS/SHOCK ABSORBERS, MOUNTS, BUMP STOPS it says pass and the only thing noted to do with any of that is the tie rod which we have been told today is absolutely fine. I take the safety of my vehicle very seriously as i have my Children in the vehicle daily and this service/ inspection I don't feel is up to standard at all. How can something so important to a vehicles safety be missed like this? No notes of any wear to control arms whatsoever on previous inspections either and we have these done every 6months without fail and trusted that the car was safe to drive. We will not be using this service shop again.

Thanks for your further comments. I have had to leave this review as my Father isn’t clear on how to leave a Google review. I have written this for him. At the end of the day it’s disappointing that his original quote was far greater than what it is going to cost, and you only came to the party with cheaper estimates and other alternatives (ie part replacement) once my father had called around getting cheaper quotes.I like to wish you and your business all the best.
