Queanbeyan Laundromat
Was worried I would have to dry clean everything and spotted this laudromat on Google. A huge mix of large, medium and small washing machines and dryers. Most accept card/phone paywave, but there are some machines that accept coins (and a handy note change machine too).25 mins each, meant I was out of there within an hour. Because there are so many machines, you are not kept waiting for one to be free.Coffee shop outside, close proximity to Aldi/Woolies so I could easily do the weekly shop. And directly across a the street public toilet too. What more do you need.Well worth a hop over the border.

Contrary to a previous reviewer's comment, Queanbeyan Laundromat are not at all expensive, eg. Kingston Laundromat in Cusack Arcade charge $11 a load for the Dexter front loader 6kg machine, while Queanbeyan Laundromat charge only $6.

FANTASTIC SERVICE - I live out of town and had a problem when I went to collect my washing (which, by the way, was 2 queen mattress toppers, that fit easily into their machines...amazing!).The owner helped me out- on the spot- which was fantastic service! I live 1 hour away and couldn't easily return at another time. Thanks Ross!

Lots of machines, some only take coins. There is a change machine but only for notes not cards. And not expensive, I had to use the large machine which was $12 (small ones in use) small are $6 and medium $8. Dryers are also different sizes. Large is $8 and small is $5 both 25 minutes. Huge amount of room and parking. Aldi just next door.

Excellent laundromat, however, I've not given it 5 stars because it's expensive. I've used the same machines in Melbourne for $3 less per wash. Else, clean, convenient, has cash dispenser, takes credit card.

We go there for laundering large bedspread that don't fit in the domestic front loader. Their large machines are really handy a couple of times a year.
