Absolutely recommend to everyone!John is a brilliant teacher, very kind and patient. He is very thorough with every detail. Throughout the lesson, he was critical of every move and gave me important tips. My main worry was reverse parallel parking, but he was so patient with my several practices. I passed in my first attempt with 96%!

The Approved driving school is very affordable. John Sweeney is a very patient and supportive instructor who makes you feel very comfortable to ask questions and make mistakes. 10/10 recommend!

John Sweeney was excellent with Approved Driving School, being amazingly patient and being honest. Explanations and tips were on point without being too harsh. Gave tips about the VORT test about what to look out for and what can happen, had 5 great lessons with him. Had a good talk about premier league results during the drive although only negative is that he supports Man City. Really appreciate the lessons and would recommend to anyone. High professionalism and boosts your confidence for the VORT. 10/10

My Son has a disability and for his entire life has loved cars and has dreamed of one day gaining his driver’s license.John has worked with my Son over the last three years. He has shown amazing kindness, patience and exceptional driving tuition.Today, my Son’s dream was realised, under John’s guidance he gained his Drivers License.John has always believed in my Son, and had given him an amazing opportunity to become independent in his life.I would have no hesitation in recommending Approved Driving School for any person wishing to obtain their Drivers License.

Highly recommended to anyone. John Sweeney is a calm, friendly and very good teacher. He taught me all the basic maneuvers needed and gave me plentiful tips to clear the VORT exam. I passed the test in first attempt.

The Approved Driving School lessons were very professional. John Sweeney is a patient and kind instructor who is very punctual and has clear communication. John elaborates on the good points of your driving whilst drawing attention to and explaining the details that need improving, in order to pass your driving test. By the end of our lessons I was fully confident with my driving and managed to pass first time, so I would definitely recommend the Approved Driving School.

An absolutely outstanding instructor. John coaches and mentors you very patiently and calmly giving clear and direct instructions. I would recommend him in any situation whether you are starting off as a new driver or are already an experienced one. He is the best there is in the Adelaide market today! Without his training I would not have passed the VORT test.
