Store manager or branch manager who have the authority to exchange items, he have a worst customer service with too much attitude (Aussie). We came there @ around 1:00 pm date 24th July to exchange our shoes. Rude customer service ever face in my life. They should have some manner to learn to deal with a customer or need some mental treatment. Worst store ever been to. Never going back.

worst customer service ever had in my life. there was 2 staff and they was busy themselves in talking. we start looking shoes and trying taking out from box. one staff came and said you guys need to put all the shoe back in boxes because that reduce our work. then we choose one pair and packed rest in box. we went to counter and want to pay for that shoe and the guy at counter asked for box of that pair. i said i don't have and he said you can buy but we can't do refund because of box. i told him it's worst customer service today and no one ask customers to put shoe back and he said everyone ask customers to put back in boxes that reduced our work worst customer service.................

The two ladies( wish I know their name) who's working till close on valentine's day are the best, so friendly, very helpful, patient and hard working.Will definitely come again in this shop, best customers service!!!

Great collection of Adidas outlet items.Medium sized store with a great collection of clothes, shoes and accessories! Shop itself is nice and modern, staff were friendly and very helpful.The selection of children’s clothes and shoes was great fun.Worth popping in a look.

Some decent discounts sometimes (even up to 50%). Organised shop and hard working staff. Especially the friendly woman who looks after the customers well. Only downside they don't have football boots which they said they are bringing soon so all good. Overall good and organised shop.

I am disgusted with the tall, Caucasian, red/brown hair male that was working today (22nd of may) and yesterday (21st of may).He was so rude and unhappy that he would take it out on others and also decided to be rude to my 50yr old mother and 76yr old grandmother. He did not even give them a chance to look at the products and would come grab it out of there hands before they had finished looking aswell has not telling the truth about the sale to the point another worker came and corrected him and apologise for his behaviourThey both felt so intimidated that they left before finishing shopping. I will definitely be coming in and complaining to the management team and confronting him too!Absolutely disgusted by that little boy that felt the need to take it out on the customers ESPECIALLY ELDERLY WOMEN!!!!

My visit to the store today I was served by a friendly staff member, smile on his face and chatting to customers making people feel welcome. His name was Campbell. Thank you for your service! It’s rare to see great customer service!!

Poor Customer Service! One Rude Staff, unwelcoming and extremely rude. Went there to ask about the product I bought and kept me waiting even when there was no other customer in line. Replied rudely!!!

Staff didn't appear interested in customers and there were hard plastic security devices in the shoes which didn't allow adequate trying on. Try somewhere else.

I don't know her name. Sunday oct 31...got my Stan Smith. 5.30pm around. She was really helpful and generous. I hope everyone in this store would be like her. Awesome customer service.
