Did a bad job, threatened to sue when I left a review instead of apologizing and bettering business, who on earth welds a mild steel bracket on a visible SS muffler then without putting a rag over the tips splattering welds all over them, then gets angry at a dissatisfied client. Expect more when paying $750'ish for a single mild catback (pipes only to existing supplied muffler) + no care

Had a new exhaust system fitted along with an IDrive.The difference to the standard exhaust and no IDrive is very noticable.I have no issues with recommending Grapnel Carline Mufflers.

I've been dealing with Shaun and his team for a better part of 15 years. My first vehicle that I brought to him was a 1986 BMW 5 series followed by a Jeep Wrangler, Chrysler 300 SRT8 and recently a BMW. On all occasions Shaun has been fantastic to deal with. Super friendly and accommodating. The workmanship is always of high standard at unbelievably competitive prices. If I ever need exhaust work done, Shaun is the ONLY number I ring.

Paid $2,200 for a cat-back exhaust (without extractors or high-flow cats which I found out later that they didn’t put on) on my 6.0L v8, sounded rubbish I was genuinely embarrassed by how bad it sounded, my mistake was going to this place from the start no one go here they will try to take advantage of you and rip you off. They also say custom exhaust when really they just ordered an x force exhaust and whacked it on.

Save your money and go straight to these guys. The friendliest most professional exhaust centre I’ve ever been to. I now wouldn’t go anywhere else. They did some work on my XF Jaguar and the standard was perfection.

Shaun was awesome to deal with. He understood what I was after in an exhaust and actually gave me an option that was cheaper than what I was after as he thought I would like it better, and he was right! It’s been about 6 months since I got my exhaust and I am loving it

Highly recommend Shaune at Grapnel Mufflers.I needed a new exhaust system for my 1965 Holden premier wagon and was recommended Shaune by a friend. From initial booking and quote to the meet and greet when dropping my car off Shaune was honest, up front and knowledgable. Car was ready on time and the job was perfect and very tidy. Great price and as quoted.
