Computers kept freezing eating into my time. No one tells you that you loose all your stuff if you run out of time. The time warning pop up didn’t work so I lost all my stuff.

I am on holidays and needed help with personal paperwork, emails, scanning documents etc. I would like to thank one of your Staff who supported me through this process. To say Jackie went above and beyond is an understatement. She was informative, new her job and prepared to spend time with me and showing me what to do. Personality plus and very personable. No automated borrowing of goods, you need to queue for one staff member to scan your card. Having entry only and exit only doors that are not located near each other is a design flaw. Great little library with a well rounded selection and generally friendly staff.

Good facilities, but #@$%! the staff and patrons are noisy. I've been in quieter food courts. Very hard to focus with so much loud chit chat and mobile phones ringing
