Unfortunately, it is with great disappointment that I write this review for the car service at Capital Honda in Phillip. Until recently, we had been pleased customers of the dealership, having even purchased our vehicle there. However, our recent experience was so contrary to their previously displayed standards that it calls into question their commitment to customer service and integrity.Our recent service appointment resulted in a disturbing incident that left us with an unsettling feeling. Upon receiving our car after the service, we noticed that a pair of brand new toddler shoes that were inside our vehicle had disappeared. A small item, perhaps, but significant to us and symbolic of a larger problem.When we discovered the missing shoes, we hoped it was a misunderstanding that would be quickly and professionally resolved. We contacted the dealership, expecting the same courteous and professional service we had previously experienced. Unfortunately, that was not the case.The responses we received were not what we expected from a dealership with such a reputation. Instead of concern and a commitment to resolving the issue, we were met with an apparent lack of interest. Despite the staff's professional demeanor, their lack of empathy and unwillingness to address the issue left us feeling unheard and undervalued as customers.My wife even made the effort to return to the dealership to seek resolution. She was met with the same indifference. It seemed our concerns were not deemed important enough to warrant a genuine response or any action from the dealership.This experience has been truly disheartening, and the treatment we have received has seriously undermined our trust in Capital Honda. We value integrity and accountability in any business, especially in car services where trust is paramount. Unfortunately, our recent interactions with the dealership have led us to question these values at Capital Honda.The loss of the shoes themselves is not our main issue. It's the principle of the matter, the apparent disregard for our property, and the lack of concern or responsibility shown by the dealership that have left a deep impression on us. We sincerely hope that the management takes note of this incident, not for our sake, but for the sake of future customers.It is with regret that we give this one-star rating. We sincerely hope that our experience was an anomaly, and not representative of the service that Capital Honda provides. Nonetheless, we urge the dealership to reflect upon this incident and consider their approach towards customer care and integrity.

Tara is a highly recommended!In January 2023, we took delivery of A Honda Civic Hybrid from Capital Honda. Tara provided excellent service and had superior knowledge of the features and technology of the new hybrid. The sales and delivery processes were seamless.

Sent an enquiry about a car, which included an enquiry about a trade in. Was contacted by the dealer who asked for more info about the trade in, I provided them with this, then never heard back from them. One of their service ladies contacted me a week later seeing if I'd been taken care of, told her I hadn't heard anything and she said she would let her manager know. Waited another week with still no contact. Followed up the initial email trail with the dealer, still nothing. About 2 weeks later still no contact or even an update good or bad. Not good.

Had a worst experience ever. I do my regular servicing at Phillip center Woden Act but each time my car shows to change the oil filter way before my next due service. I raised these concerns to the service centre but they are not being helpful at all and each time they tell me to do the servicing again way before the due date.Only one star from me for their customer service.

Highly recommend the Tara as your consultant. The services provided by Tara was exceptional.She’s knowledgeable about the range and and patiently explains the features and benefits to us.She provides sufficient time for us to consider the value adds that were available and is not pushy at all.Another impressive attribute that Tara possesses is her efficient responses that she provides us with using any platform preferred, ie emails, mobiles, etc.She keeps us updated on the status of the delivery at the right frequency. We never once felt that we were left unattended.I’d definitely recommend her if you’re after a great consultant for your next car purchase.

Always bad experience from capital Honda. At time of 5 year warranty I never got good experience from Hoda. Always they charge lot for each service. When u send service they always have pre built check list to make money. I never recommend capital Honda for service.

Thank You Tony and Matthew from Capital Honda making our Honda experience so wonderful.Matthew was very professional and polite from the very beginning when we walked into the showroom.He made sure we were comfortable and gave us enough time. He also did anything possible to help us get the best deal possible.While we were waiting for the vehicle to arrive Matthew was in communication with us in every stage and also helped us to use a demo car.Tony was friendly from the very beginning. He was cordial and was very professional. Overall we had a great service from his team.Thank you
