Kelly was a great teacher and host, taking her time to explain andanswer all of our questions. Every one helps to prepare a selection of excellent traditional Greek meals. The time flew by and thenwe all got to enjoy a great meal.10 out of 10.

Kelly has a great passion for what she does and this is so clear when you attend one of her cooking classes. I had so much fun at the cooking class and it was done in such a way that I feel confident to try the recipes myself at home. The class was well organised and it flowed in a way where everyone had ample involvement. My advice is to attend with an empty stomach as you certainly get to enjoy your creations!

Kelly has been a magnificent teacher, teaching me some traditional Greek recipes i grew up with. Not only is she informative, she is very patient, very knowledgeable and most of all, her passion and love for food oozes when she teaches you online or in her home. Highly recommend anyone looking for traditional Greek cooking classes not only to learn, however to have some fun and most of all to meet others who also enjoy the flavours of Greece. I have done 10 classes and learnt so much, my favourite is Portokalopita, Cretan Bougatsa, Tiropita and the Greek Koulouri you find in the streets of Athens.

A great, intimate experience with a lovely teacher. The food was delicious too! I would highly recommend. We bought it as a gift for our Dad and he really loved it too. Kelly is full of knowledge and teaches in a way that doesn't make you feel silly (even if you have no skills at all, like me haha).

Kelly is an wonderful cook and teacher with a genuine passion for Greek food and the Mediterranean diet. She made us feel so warm and welcome and we enjoyed a beautiful meal at the end of the lesson, that we made together! We learnt so much and were provided with the recipes and a small surprise gift at the end of the day. A great experience!

Kelly s a terrific teacher, professional, passionate about cooking and explains things really clearly. I have only done zoom/ virtual classes and have always found them to be informative, friendly and really enjoyable. I love cooking, but love trying new things and her guidance is great.Kelly provides excellent information sheets, is very timely with any responses and communication and delightful to follow in this environment.Can highly recommend joining any of The Hellenic Odyssey classes. Hopefully one day I’ll be able to return to Crete for classes or tours there.

I loved Kelly's online Christmas biscuit making, gemista and baklava classes! Lots of online cooking classes have ceased since lockdown in Melbourne has relaxed so I was so lucky to come across this class. Kelly is really attentive, patient and friendly. I've been able to make lots of delicious gifts and now have new culinary skills to add to my (small) collection. Thanks for running great classes, Kelly!
