I've worked for this company as a security officer for about 2 years now, and can honestly say it's the best security company I've ever worked for. The management is responsive, the payslips are always 100% correct, uniforms and body cameras are good quality. The operations manager in particular is delightful to work with, as she is very flexible in helping you with scheduling, is professional, and amicable. I would definitely recommend VIP to hire, or to work for.

Brilliant company to work for. Pay award rates, comply with Fair Work regulations, high integrity and great conditions. Disgruntled ex-employees and keyboard warriors who weren't suitable for company standards leaving poor reviews clearly shouldn't be taken into account.
