I loved buying from Clipperland. The service that Bob provided was amazing and he helped me through a couple of issues I had with no problem at all. He was very helpful and my clippers came in great condition and at the exact time they should have been. I will definitely be buying from here again!

Fantastic! I highly recommend Bob from Clipperland!I purchased some comb attachments from a different company. Over two weeks later, after not receiving my package I contacted them only to be told the item I purchased was out of stock and were not expecting the items to be back in stock for several months. I had received a confirmation email from this company after I paid for the combs saying they were busy packing my item to ship immediately, nothing about it being out of stock.I cancelled that order and got a refund and discovered Clipperland. I left a message for Bob to call me and co firm if item was in stock, which it was. I ordered and paid for the item. Bob actually took the time to text me later that day when he saw my order placed and realised I was the same person who he had called earlier. He told me the item was packed and shipped that very day. The text was so lovely. What outstanding customer service!I will definitely be purchasing from Clipperland again. Can't beat personal customer service like that, and so reliable, I have now received my item, well packaged and in perfect condition. 5 stars for a 5 start service. Thank you Bob

Looked up suppliers of Heiniger clippers, found Clipperland, discovered they had best price, and sent an order in, all on a Sunday. I placed an order late Wednesday and it was shipped the next day (even though it was a public holiday) high quality products with high quality service to match. I found Clipperland through a Google search. The service was great - Bob emailed me to clarify the tool I needed for the job. Communication about dispatch was good too. Arrived shortly after (interstate shipping). It was great so I shopped twice in a couple of weeks.

Clipperland had the best prices for two clippers I was after by a considerable amount. But more importantly, the customer service is fabulous. There was a small issue with my order which I was informed about immediately. When it was rectified (which only took a couple of days) my order arrived with extra surprise. I wish everyone had this type of communication and service and will definitely buy from Clipperland again.

Bob from Clipperland went above and beyond to assist with a clipper I’ve purchased new that was unfortunately faulty. He was patient, professional and empathetic of my situation and assisted through every step of the way in trying to resolve the issue, although it didn’t end up being fixed. Bob had kindly exchanged it to another clipper, by bringing along a selection and delivered it personally to us and to take the old one back. Thanks so much for your superb service Bob!!
