Morning Property are the Strata managers of our block of apartments. They are always very quick to respond and they do not shy away from tricky situations. Strata meetings always held in a professional manner there is always engaged conversation with all of the owners. The minutes from those meetings are sent in a timely manner and all actions are noted and acted upon.

Your lack of care towards tenants is horrible and rude. Last I knew OWNERS of the properties ARE NOT allowed to come to the tenants properties with out notice. The real estateim with now (an excellent and very well known one) have informed me that an owner (through the real estate ONLY) needs to give 24 hours notice before coming.Your lack of care towards the condition of properties are ridiculous. I'm not here to be rude BUT you are not following the rules. Simple.There is no way I'm putting my real name up as you could easily mess with my ability to be accepted for another house, I don't trust your company.We can go to tribunal if you want?Thank you for taking the time to read this and maybe take in to consideration what I have wrote above.

I rented a house in Merrylands through Morning Property. Sofia and Joelle are the best people you can go to for finding a property in the western suburbs. The house that I inspected and finally rented was so reasonable, but still a luxury.All the communications were crisp and clear with my agents. No hidden charges. No arguments.For sure, they are the best people in business in Western suburbs at the moment.I would highly recommend the agency to anyone who’s looking for a reasonable apartment/house/unit, but does not want to compromise on living standards.

If I could only give this a zero star for the worst real estate agent ever. Do not use morning property Real Estate for selling or renting. They cannot be trusted. Poor service, rude and unprofessional to say the least. At one stage I was renting through morning property real estate and never again and have told others to do the same. Go elsewhere, I came home from work late on a Saturday evening after work at around 12am to find a for sale sign put up out the front as I was renting a house and it was a total shock to me but the office wasn’t open again until Monday to find out what was going on. I was not even sent a letter or informed about any of this happening but when I rang on Monday they asked me if they can bring people through the property for viewing. My lease wasn’t up for another 4 or 5 months. Then one early morning on a Saturday the owner Joelle Achi arrived wanting to come into the property and with no notice to attend. She insisted I let her in but I was upset that there was no warning of this all happening. I knew they were bringing people through the property when I wasn’t there as my neighbors' were telling me. This is called breaking and entering. Just warning you all that this is how they work and don’t stick to their lease agreements at all. Do not use morning property. Better still go to Starr Partners who I have been renting through them for 2yrs with no issues and lovely people to deal with and helpful and do things the right way.
