Absolutely beautiful accommodation. Very clean and tidy. Lovely gentleman greeted us on arrival. Would recommend you stay here when visiting Strahan.

Had an overnight stay while in Strahan. Comfortable apartments walking distance to the water. Older style but still a good place to staying.

Kitty's Place
Comfortable and suitably appointed. The master bedroom is upstairs. It is basically furnished but does not have an ensuite. Downstairs there is a bedroom with two singles beds. There is a kitchen, lounge and bathroom. It's basic but sufficient. There is parking on site and the caravan park running Kitty's is across the road. I found it to be quiet and comfortable.

Very comfortable cottage just across the road from the Big4 reception, bottleshop, coffeeshop and laundry. Our unit was equipped with a jacuzzi, which together with the comfy bed, helped to relax the muscles after our long 5 hour drive from Hobart

Kitty's Place
Kitty's place was very comfortable and clean. Unfortunately the weather wasn't kind for our stay of 4 nights, but we were happy to spend some time in our pleasant unit. We did have a nice day for the Gordon River cruise, which we thoroughly enjoyed. A pleasant place to stay and in dryer, warmer weather it would have been ideal.

Stayed in unit 2. Upstairs downstairs. Very good, clean. Comfortable. 5 mins if that from town centre, Local shop and bottle shop over the road. Parking bit tight for large vehicles but most cars all good. There is parking on the road. Wendy and Theo were really nice and helpful.

We were very disappointed with kitty's Place, I booked through Wotif.Book in was at Strahan Retreat Reception, the staff here were busy talking about all but my reservation. Including telling someone to do her washing, which machine, whether they had coins at which time they proceeded to throw coins at one another. We waited for the cleaner to come with the key, where the receptionist & cleaner start a whispering conversation. Staff offered no information on local area that may be of help to visitors.At last we were given the key & had to ask for direction. Were told over the road at No 4.On entering we were presented with a torn curtain, very tired couch & carpet in the sitting room. In the bedroom the back of the drapes is covered in black mould, the bed! I don't have words to describe and the sliding door to the en suite does not close.We stayed 2 night costing $320.00. Not worth it, find somewhere else!

Clean, cozy, conveniently located and reasonably priced. Good sized rooms, small kitchenette, medium sized bathroom. Parking available outside the cottage.
