Prime Car Wash - Carlingford

Probably, by far the best car wash in Sydney according to my opinion. We have been here three times now in a row and never got disappointed. They do a really good job and service is exceptional.

These guys were really helpful as I had limited time in between jobs. Service was great. Really friendly and did a great job with the premium wash! Everything is squeaky clean in and out! Highly recommend this place. Price is decent too!

Their service was great and fast. I chose the express wash option. $35 for 4wd, but the finished product was impressive

Great service. Pulled in just after 4pm Monday afternoon and was offered a platinum wash - even though Google stated closing time at 5pm. Was very happy with the service and the coffee while I waited. Came here after the one on North Rocks road said they were closed before 4pm (advertised they close at 5.30pm). Would return again. Car looks great. Thank you

Got the car our daughter has had for 3 years cleaned to be as new to pass to our younger daughter. Amazing job, they got out marks we thought were permanent….. especially on the steering wheel which looked like the leather was ruined. Our daughter is very happy with her “new” car!

These guys will ruin your car. I asked for a premium car wash and there are new scratches which were not present prior to the wash. Asked about it to the main mustache guy and he completely ignored it when I'm 100% sure about the new scratches. Can't tolerate the rude behavior. Will never come to this place and these guys can't be trusted. Complete disappointment.

Excellent service and a great clean. Car looks like new

This place used to be good previously not sure if the management got changed or what.I asked for a premium wash which should cover internal and external cleans properly as per their description. However the guy asked me to do super wash for adding wax as well. But I refused for the wax and stick with premium wash.They didn’t do a good job at all. The exterior had a few marks visible which were spots of grease and the water marks all over. When I asked the guy it’s not cleaned properly he said I told you to go with super wash, it would have been cleaned then. I mean wax has nothing to do cleaning with shampoo and water to clean the body. Instead of apologies and wiping the marks the guy was full on with his attitude. I could have got the same job done from a machine wash which costs 1/4 of the price here. A complete rip-off in short. Won’t be visiting here ever. Highly not recommended.

Highly recommended they deserve more than 5 stars review .. great service and the staff are amazing.. I had my interior details clean and wash .. what an amazing transmission the done to my car .. thanks guys. I will be definitely regular customer.

I ask for premium wash and they want me to spend more money to do a better job they ask for hand polish wash. So I meet in the middle and ask for super wash.Car was not 100% wash/ clean properly and the interior of the dash board and seat was still sticky and dirty fingers print on it plus they cut my wrap at the back of my car.I usually wash my car and do a better job at home for 2 hrs but thought I can rake a break on a Saturday and go find a car wash that can fo a good job.I was misktake to come here on yhe first place with a star rating that is ridiculous.Plus on top of that they said that they will use a different product to clean the car again.Don't waste your time here!
