Wow what a fantastic place to stay spotless and beautiful could not fault .Walking distance to shops /beach a great place to stay

The room was nice, very clean, breakfast could have been better,2 tiny packs of cereal 4 peices sliced bread in a sandwich bag and 4 small assorted toppings, fruit was offered and glass jars of milk with foil placed on top, could have offered some fruit toast ,croissants to go with the small individual toppings and we only was given yogurt on the second and third day and juice in little cartons on the third day,maybe they hadn't been shopping, the lighting on the deck walkway to the carpark was non existent between our room and the owners living area, a bit dangerous at night as you couldn't actually see where you were walking and could have ended up in the pond,and they had make shift washing lines with washing hanging on the deck posts which spoilt the view of the garden ,I wouldn't class it as a bed and breakfast, as breakfast let it down, being cooler months, I cooked breakfast would have been nice or at least a microwave offered in the,room ,tv was small and wasn't getting a good signal, no dvd option, so many improvements could be achieved and then it would be worth 200 a night ,would I stay again, no.

Very friendly owners. We could check-in early and room was spacious and clean. Parking lot available. Last star is missing because of a) noisy AC which is placed directly above the bed and b) very limited privacy of the toilet with basically no seperation. I would come back.

Barooga on Pier is a must stay when visiting Hervery Bay. Amazing room and amazing owners to top it off. They made us feel so welcome, and were more than accomidating. They will be our home away from home on our trips there.

I brought my wife here for a surprise getaway on the weekend and it was beautiful! Laurene was the perfect host and the room had everything we needed.Speaking of the room (We stayed in the Tara-Jane), it was beautifully designed and extremely clean, certainly every bit as good as the photos.Another great thing is that Barooga is so close to the waterfront, where there is a range of cafe's and restaurants. Even though you feel the privacy of the B&B, it is only a quick walk to get to almost anything you want.I hope we have the chance to stay again!

Friendly people and clean rooms

Welcome was friendly, very clean, quiet, comfortable, quality fixtures, close proximity to all food and walks. Would definitely return. Highly recommended.
