took my ski to Trav for a general service, spotted some things need fixing and called to run me through everything and explain why and get my approval before replacing anything. very expert knowledge and was even happy to chat on the phone on his day off when the ski capsized. ran me through everything i needed to do to make sure it was fine. wouldn’t consider anywhere else

Travis and his business did an awesome job servicing my two Kawasaki 310 ultras. After being turned away from the company we purchased these skis from, Travis kindly adjusted his schedule and squeezed us in just before Christmas. Rescued our family holiday with these skis and was very affordable with pricing. Highly recommend these guys for price, quality and great advice.

Rang the boys up to help me fix a problem with my steering. I called up multiple places that refused considering it was last minute. The boys fit me in straight away and not only did they fix my steering, they fixed some other things along the way. Very helpful and will return to this shop

Always great to deal with, small or big jobs.Honest and tells me any issues that are major or minor.Helped out diagnose a couple issues on my skis and sorted them when asap.Also services a few ppl I know around Victoria and always hear good things.

I have never met two people that are so passionate about what they do I’ve only met them for the second time we were chatting about the jetskis I got a friend to bring one of their Jetskis down To Glenmaggie from the factory in Bayswater for me to try I’ve ever met PwC license for 30 years but never written one explain everything to me it’s been the best experience to do that in my life I’m 65 years of Age should have done it 40 years ago thanks Trev and D

Can't correctly diagnose issues, just wants to replace part after part until problem fixed and charge you for the lot. Babbles on about irrelevant issues with other customers issues in the hope to distract you from his lack of competence in solving your repairs. Avoid unless you have no idea and a money tree in your backyard.***Follow up to your dishonest response:Not once did I mention how much I paid for ski because I hadn't paid for it.Twice it went to your shop, first time you charged $350, checked some wiring and changed a fuel filter but problem not fixed.Second time I paid you $250 just to run in tank before any repairs done for same problem. After a week you claimed you couldn't pin point exact problem and would just have to change out a few parts until problem found.You like to bag out 2 stroke skis and love telling people welcome to the world of 2 strokes" .I say welcome to the incompetent world of T & D Jetski Performance. I rang the boys to ask for some help looking at a issue with our ski and they fitted us in no problem over the new year. They looked it over and within 2hrs had the problem worked out, photos sent and a plan to get it going again.All fixed and back up and running a couple days later.Thanks guys.
