My order was delivered the next day, their prices are unbeatable as far as I can see, they offer great samples and freebies. They always have special offers and discounts. Everything is well packaged and protected. Tina Kay gets everything right.

First time user- Place order last Wednesday with express post. 6 days later still no package. Got Australian Post update today (Tuesday) to say it’s now ready for network collection. Delivery expected Thursday… I only live 20min from location of Order location. Definitely not express post. Will wait and see!On a positive note had some samples given to me from from a friend that Tina Kay supplied and I can’t decide what I love the most. Medik8 has been fantastic for my teenage son who suffers from bad ache.. It’s calmed down and starting to heal. I loved the DNA night cream and so many more.

A truly great service. Tina Kay's website is easy to navigate, the prices are reasonable & I've never waited more than 4 days for a delivery (Free shipping most of the time too) There's always some sort of deal going on and they have sent me some AMAZINGLY generous samples. For anyone looking to purchase high quality Cosmeceutical Skincare go nowhere else. Tina Kay is the absolute best quality, fantastic selection, exceptionally fast delivery and service, great pricing and the wonderful extra 'freebies' are a win! 10/10.

I’ve been ordering from this website for years. However, the dispatch times for my past three orders has been ridiculous. I placed two orders on 12th May and as of the 29th May my order has still not been dispatched.I reached out after almost two weeks of complete silence and no updates or messages of any kind, (don’t bother calling the number they won’t get back to you, best bet is to email), and they’ve stated that they are ‘still experiencing multiple major delays with our suppliers that have greatly impacted our dispatching times and resulted in a substantial amount of emails, calls and messages we are working our way through daily.’An offer of a refund was provided. Had I had known prior to placing my orders of these delays, I would not have placed my order. There is no mention of any delays or issues with suppliers anywhere on their website or any of their social media pages. Customers are not being informed unless reaching out directly after significant waiting times to enquire about the whereabouts of their order.Items arrived after 3 weeks of waiting.Don’t bother ordering from here. Communication is atrocious, dispatch times absolutely horrendous.

Just placed by 3rd bulk order with Tina Kay. Such amazing value and love receiving the bonus products when you spend a certain amount. Loving the aspect range and cannot find it cheaper than Tina Kay. Highly recommend.
