Good stock, good service, plenty of knowledge from the staff, they know their store and their trade, helpful and polite. Easy parking, pick up and collect, some fitment services. Membership discounts if you sign up for five bucks I think.

What a great staff.I went in yesterday (sunday) to purchase new head light globes for my car and also new windscreen wipers to be fitted and was served by Zoe.Well wasn't she lovely, she was a breath of fresh air with super genuine customer service skills, she signed me up to be a member and processed all my purchases within no time with a little chat in between which was nice.Ben also was fast with fitting my new windscreen wipers to my car although it was a bit late in the day he said it was no problem with a smile.This is going to be my store from now on.An update 9th Dec Friday...popped into scan to fix a dodgy globe which I bought last week and Nathan fixed me up straight away and replaced it...thanks Nathan...great service.

Employees atm are rude , come in to set up a trade account and buy parts old mate was more interested in playing games on his phone then to help and I was also on crutches will be going else were

Great customer service experience, I’ve been in this store once but I found the customer service the best between all stores they’re so friendly, helpful and they warmly greet you, Belinda gave me hand and helped me to sort my issue out and buy what is required which was amazing...thanks Belinda for the great customer service.

I know it isn’t, but feels like bait & switch to the customer when advertised half price the night before, and supply shortage? NOT when I’m told Booval has 98 units. That’s just a management fail. At the end of the day, top service, easy refunds, and product that I want. I Just can’t offer 5 stars.
