I love Cookshop, they have everything from high quality kitchen knives to US made cast iron cook ware. Come for a browse and you will go home with something that you need. :-)

Website is deceptive as it takes you to an American site. Bowral shop assistants know this and shrug it off.I drove 15km to buy something and discovered it was double the website price

One of the best shops in Bowral. Fabulous!! Great stick. Usually great service too. Except the tall man,blonde, worked today Wednesday. He has to improve his manner. No smoke. No eye contact. No politeness. It felt like he was doing me a favour. Wrapped my purchase badly.Shame as I do love this shop. Frequent it quite a lot.

I just popped in to get a specific teapot I needed while we travelled from Brisbane. (We like brewed loose leaf tea.) I hadn't been able to find one anywhere, but not only did they have it, they had it in different sizes and colours! Theresa was great and I ended up buying two or three other things I had been looking for. This shop went way beyond my expectations and had all the great brands and some I'd not heard of before. Made my day. I've got my eye on a Le Cruset stewpot for next time I'm in Bowral.

Beautiful staff, they called me twice to remind me that my pre paid order had come in (which I had forgotten as my dad was terminally ill in hospital). When I arrived to collect the order the staff asked after my dad and gave me some biscuits to take to the hospital. Such caring country service. It was the first time I had shopped there and won’t be the last that’s for sure! Thank you for your kindness during a difficult time.

We purchased a breville coffee machine on Xmas eve and am very disappointed. We asked for advice and were told it was the best option as due to it functionality, compared to a more boutique model on offer.We were told the smaller model could not pour coffee and steam milk at the same time, which I decided was not practical for our needs. Guess what, the breville can’t either. You wait for the coffee to puur and then steam the milk with the weakest steam pipe ever. I am replacing the sunbeam machine and the breville is no comparison, despite the upsell. Poor information and utter lies about the machine.
