First time we have been to Claribeaux but it won’t be the last.Lovely open plan restaurant which was comfortable and spacious.The food was incredible.. Beautifully cooked and great presentationEvery dish was scrumptious from entrees to desert.We also enjoyed a few cocktails which like the meals were of high qualityThe staff were all very nice and attentive. But we had the pleasure of being waited on by Molly, who we found so friendly and charming which only added to the overall experience..Thanks Molly and Claribeaux for a great nightHighly recommended

Celebrated our anniversary here and what an experience! The staff were amazing, there was a staff member training another, and she was so patient with him and he did an amazing job servicing our table. She recommended us our entire meal as we’ve never visit here before, nothing disappointing. Can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely amazing food and desserts! The lamb dish was without the best I have ever had. Cooked to perfection and so tender. The chocolate cremeaux was the best chocolate dessert I have ever tasted! Honestly cannot rate highly enough. The service was also so warm and inviting. We had an amazing french dining experience. Even all the teenagers loved it.

This place is sinfully underrated! If we never dug deep for a restaurant that was open on Monday nights, we would’ve never stumbled across claribeaux. And what a shame that would’ve been! We had the escargot and steak tartare for entree and they were beautifully done with quality ingredients. The steak main was tender and melt in your mouth and (for once in a long time) actually cooked to medium rare. The ocean trout was lovely with the beurre Blanc sauce. Mussels were amazing and that’s from someone that doesn’t like mussels! The desserts were okay and it rounded out the whole experience.Interestingly, everything was beautifully done except one thing - missing a pinch of salt. There is almost something theatrical about doing a perfectly cooked steak and a beurre Blanc sauce, just to not make it salty enough to make it sing. Fine by us though as there is salt on the table and we helped ourselves. Yes, the tempo of the service err on the slower side and you do need to pour your own water or catch their attention. As long as you are aware of this and make your request when they come around asking how the food was, it will never be an issue.Less than 100 dollars per head for this fine dining quality of food - what more can you want?

This has now become my new favourite restaurant on the Bellarine. I couldn’t believe how good all of the food was, genuinely, I’m in awe. Claribeaux is a must visit.

Great French food and attentive service. Lots of gluten free options and the highlight for all was a tomato tart! A surprise for a bunch of meat eaters. Delicious and the staff were thoughtful. If possible, dine early. Was heaving when we left. Dessert was very very sweet. We don't have a huge sweet tooth so will probably have had an extra entree for the table next time. Will be back. Great value given the quality.

Gem, food, service and atmosphere were first class. Not rushed and spaced really well. Staff were best we have seen since covid lockdown ended. Definately going back.
