I do appreciate them seeing me last minute on a Saturday but not really worth taking someone in if they have to finish the job because the reverse and trailer brakes were left disconnected.

Very poor service. Screwed the Tow Bar Plug Socket on the Bumper Plastic on my Prado which was supposed to be put at the bottom. When I complained the Manager took screws out and installed where it was supposed to be. Left 2 screw holes which they don’t want to fix.

Great service and price. Brought towbar from Seven Hills store not only did they have a competitive price for the installation they could also offer a reasonable price on the bike rack we wanted.
