1 star is being generous!This property agency is the absolute worst and you shouldn't waste your time with these inexperienced, unprofessional team of rude people!

Absolutely amazing employees !! The girls were all so kinda and helpful with Viewing properties and helping fill out my applications

Called to request a rental history as a previous tenant. I provided addresses, dates, and my name. I was told ledgers could be sent to the email on file. As the email is old, I asked if I could be ID'd and have the required info sent through. Operator declined to ID me, refused service and hung up on me.

Was there with a friend so don't really know the business however my friend is happy with their services.

My property manager usually doesn’t bother replying to landlords emails. They quite often require, 1, 2, 3 or more follow ups over several weeks just to get a reply (if at all).Pretty shocking really, particularly considering the large (and above normal) rate charged for management of NRAS properties.Consistently disappointing. I have a larger portfolio of properties that I have worked hard to build up over many years, and can confidently say that this is the worst Australian property manager I have by a long shot. NAHC, if you’re serious about improving your service, a good starting point would be to actually start replying to emails. Too much of a big ask?

There's just not enough happening

I have been chasing a response from them for the following:URGENTYOU have to account for rent owing to me of $310 in credit with you and $242.86 that you had to collect from the tenant to take the rent payment up to and including 1st July 2021.AND what’s going on with $177.96 water usage for last quarter, period 06/01/21 to 01/04/21. YOU HAVE CHARGED ME 8.8% MANAGEMENT FEES for non-performance of your obligations in May 2021.AND in the 5+ months you failed to do any inspection of the property.YOU ALSO FAILED TO TOP UP THE RENTAL BOND by $524. The tenant advised that she was unaware of this requirement.I REQUIRE A PROPER RESPONSE AND WANT ALL THESE MONIES PAID TO ME ASAP.REPLY IMMEDIATELYJULIANA

The women I spoke to over the phone was absolutely wonderful. Went into great detail of what I needed to do and how to go about getting a place.

A fantastic place to rent through the NRAS properties..

Absolutely worst real estate I’ve ever rented through!! Lavena brown was our real estate manager and her professionalism was disgraceful!!Allowed me, my wife and daughter to move into a duplex with no working oven, no working dishwasher, unusable kitchen sink, inadequate lighting and mould covering all the doors. Then took 7 weeks to rectify all the issues. Then lied to our faces telling us we didn’t owe any rent and then sends an invoice for a weeks rent a week later and then denies ever telling us tht. Lavena is the worst of the worst wen it comes to property managers.
