Staff are unprofessional and rude !!

Stood in show room for about 10 minutes without any acknowledgement from the woman working there. She was with another customer but wouldn't have hurt to say I will be with you soon" and NOT completely ignore you. It's ok went to Eagles plumbing Bennetts Green service was EXCELLENT. Wouldn't recommend Tradelink Warner's Bay."

Ripped off again and again. Won’t be back.

I ordered and paid for an item online. I immediately received an email advising that it would be delivered to my local Tradelink where I could collect, and that I would receive a further notification once it was ready for pickup. Great, simple, right?...wrong.1 month later and there was still nothing, so I had to go out of my way to send an email to customer support. I received an email back that acknowledged the delay, and suddenly my order was available for pickup at my local Tradelink. Seems the item had arrived long ago but the local stores apparently don't know what the warehouse is doing. Delayed completion of my project by a month, leaving me unimpressed. If you don't have the systems and logistics in place to reliably fulfil and track online orders then don't offer online orders.

Tradelink is awesome

Rosie is a great salesperson, great service, knowledge and pricing. Made us well aware of delays and ordering.
