Excellent customer service. I couldn’t believe that they could get the item I wanted overnight. Every other business including the big competition were going to take 3 to 10 working days. But they did! Very friendly. Follow up phone call. Perfect! I will certainly be buying my print products from Cartridge Universe in the future

I contacted this business in regards to purchasing ink for my new computer, I was answered by a man named Peter. I enquired about ink cartridges and he couldn't find my computer in his system, I was given some 'term' about my printer and when I enquired further about what he meant, he proceeded to tell me that he had a shop full of customers and basically hung up on me, extremely rude and I won't be buying from this store

Peter and Rosemary are absolutely delightful! Peter really takes your needs into consideration before selling you the right product - you can't get that kind of service at K-mart! Lol...I also had my printer heads cleaned in another printer and the prices and service are the best you will find anywhere! Thanks again guys!

Can't thank Peter enough for his help on the phone to get my printer working again, after my tech support company let me down. it was a relatively easy fix but SO important at the time, and certainly no way I could have solved it myself without paying big bucks. I always get my cartridges from CU Golden Square and will continue. Thanks so much again Peter.
