Given a 2 as they are good at there job.Only thing was once they found out I was using after pay they charged an extra 20% which I’ve since found out isn’t actually allowed.Hairs exspensive as it is with out extra charges added just to use Afterpay. Would have saved a lot if I was able to afford to pay in one goEdit to reply to ur comment. I have the msgs to prove this and the receipt it wasn’t until after pay contacted you that you agreed to refund me the surcharge! So please don’t lie.

I usually hate going to the hairdresser. I had my hair cut by Alicia and she was very gentle, she also listened carefully to what I wanted and gave advice regarding the level of commitment to upkeep that would be required. She did not pressure me into any kind of upselling etc but did give practical styling tips for my new cut. The other staff present on the day were very friendly and warm. I bought a drink and was told that the money goes to their charity providing mental health support. The online booking system is also a huge bonus. I hope to see Alicia again for my next hair cut - thank you! :)

Great salon. I go to Mel and my husband goes to Eli in the barber shop side of the business. Mel is great and always listens but also offers her suggestions. Would highly recommend.

Went last week and Got charged nearly $60 just to get a few layers in my hair no styling no special preferences. it took less then 20 minutes and didn’t know the price till afterwards (usually costs around 25-40). utterly disappointed with the cost and how uneven my hair is, will definitely be crossing this place off my list.

I have always walked in, said 'Do whatever' (which most stylists would baulk at) and I have never been disappointed or needed adjustments after the stylist has finished. Always a pleasant experience with welcoming, friendly staff always ready for a chin wag and a fantastic atmosphere. Well priced and awesome all round.
