Australia Post - Round Corner LPO

Two out of the three regular staff are consistently rude and unhelpful. I’ve been coming to this post office for YEARS and it is always an unpleasant experience. There is one woman who is quite lovely and I always hope she will be there because the husband/wife owners are unhelpful at best and outright rude and disrespectful at worst.

The staff are very helpful, efficient and courteous. In recent weeks I have sent numerous parcels to Europe and the staff always provide valuable advice regarding the most cost effective ways to pack and send the items. This is a great community post office.

The worst service I have ever experienced at any store of any kind. I was 5 minutes late, literally 12:05pm at the shop Saturday and they literally shut the door on my face as I was running towards it. I was collecting a birthday present for my father which was for the next day on Sunday and I literally begged infront of dozens of people walking past if they could open just for two minutes. Numerous people commented saying that its slack and thats just cruel.Keep in mind the lady maintained strong eye contact with me the entire time I was running into the store and she just closed it faster to avoid me. No service of any kind should be like that

The post officer I dealt with looked for every which way possible not to accept my letter and wanted to process it as a parcel. Even when it past the thickness test he would reinsert it to test again and when it got held up by the GLUED ATTACHEMENT for a second before passing through he refused. If you want officers who are more customer centric, go somewhere else.

A welcome change to this post office. Under the new management, the Owners have turned this post office around. I feel I am getting the excellent service I require. Professional, courteous and efficient. The modifications to the post office are also a welcome change. Highly recommend.

They lost 3 passport on express parcel and Tracking number shows parcel for 10 days sitting on the round corner plo and finally they reported as lost item on transit.Not recommend , not responsible, rubbish service

The worst AU Post! Avoid!!! Slow snail pace and so so Rude.. and this morning queue was so long it’s after all December… the busiest time and it’s Friday, it was so long some ppl had to stood outside about 6 -7 people queue outside… only two ppl working , one petite asian lady with the uniform I think she is the owner… and the another staff, and he prob made mistake…of someone’s passport application so she re-did the process, and while she re did the application, that staff just went to her counter and she was explaining to him…like 20 minutes (she could have just done it and explaining or do training later)So everybody just stood there watching this very poor customer service…, these two were busy discussing as if they were alone…And she re did this passport… Without sense of urgency (didn’t even bother to looked that ppl waited , for 20-30 minutes while the line didn’t move at all) many people mumbled.. things like unbelievable… andMany ppl end up Left…Worst worst PO… avoid if you can!!

I am 15 and they wouldn't even let me pick up a parcel without a parent and their drivers licence, after I had ticked off the I wanted to have it delivered to my house without being signed

This is the worst post office in the history of Australia. Lost my parcels, long queues, smells inside, no parking.

The new owner has made a great change already in creating a more relaxed friendly post office. He was very helpful in giving me some off cuts of bubble wrap to save me buying it. A fresh change for the area. Looking forward to you staying on for years to come.Thank you.
