I recently went to see the dentist in this location, I had a clean, a filling and an extraction. I couldn't be happier with the outcome, don't remember my dentists name but she was very good at giving me an injection which i hardly felt and the extraction was completely painless. I highly recommend them.

Every time i have called here i have waited on the phone for over 20 minutes. tried calling last week and waited for 40 minutes on the phone for someone to answer. Nice doctors and service but customer service is lacking.

I have been there 2days after 5pm trying to see a GP. I have been told that they only have 1 doctor and that there were 10 people in front and that I should try another day. I asked if I could book an appointment, but I was told that I couldn't. It's a very flashy new million dollar facility, but there is always a shortage of doctors and chances are you willing be turned away or have to wait several hours. I don't understand why I couldn't make an appointment. I even told I could come on Saturday, I have been told to walk in, but I couldn't make an appointment. Kind of weird....

Disappointed by care and overcharged. Doctor overall disinterested. Charged for a consult, sent to get scans and told I would get a call next day for results. Received an additional $84 full consult fee in the mail for the 3 minute phone call. Management never returned phone calls and told by reception “that’s just how it is”. Never heard of a healthcare professional do this to clients before. Avoid.

Front staff very nice and doctor Farkhanda would be alittle better if she actually listened to me instead of cutting me off everything I try and explain my symptom... but overall great service...

Very poor service of GP and lavatory pathology. I drain my blood two times and I couldn’t get proper result for same purpose. Now GP advise me to drain my blood 3rd time with another pathology, I am ready to do that but for three days me and pathology staff trying to contact tham I couldn’t get response. Even I book telephone conversation and I am waiting for a phone call at pathology from 3 hours I couldn’t get a call.It’s only two days work and now it’s more than two weeks and all the time I am draining my blood for the same test. Even though I couldn’t get a results properly.

The service I received at the Corrimal centre was first class. The Doctor is very professional and covers all aspects of my health.This applies to the nursing staff as well. There is ample space to wait in a Covid safe area.

Booked in last Monday for a flu shot and was told I had to see a doctor first which would cost me $89 yet you can walk into most pharmacies and get the shot for $20 without a drs consent. I reckon its an obvious money grab from the drs who have doubled if not tripled their wages in the last 12mths after scrapping Bulk Billing from the majority. A 1 minute consult for a vax shot and u refuse to bulk bill it, shame on you Corrimal Medical in Underwood st. Ever seen a dr in the last 50yrs driving a bomb car, no always an Audi, BMW or Lexus and they are crying poor!

Staff and dr were lovely. However tried to get appointment day before but was told all dr's rostered dont see patients with cold and flu symptons, even wirh negative covid test! What kind od dr's are they?

The surgery was clean and inviting. Staff were very helpful. Everything you need under one roof. I did not have to wait long.
