We are very happy with our fibreglass pool from Leisure Pools. The whole experience was fantastic. The team around Leisure Pools but especially Vanessa who handled our project was very professional, absolutely reliable, super helpful and always available for our questions throughout the build. Can highly recommend her and Leisure Pools!

We have had a brilliant experience with Leisure Pools Sydney. We met with several pool installation companies and just found Brent to be more willing to answer all of our questions and we were really impressed with the quality of the shell. Another factor was that we wanted a wider pool and many other companies only had narrow designs. Apart from that, Brent suggested we could fit a bigger pool, so we went with the Reflection 7 instead of 6 and we’re so glad we did! There was absolutely no pressure to buy and once we signed, the good communication with the entire team at the office and the people who installed the pool, was excellent. Our pool was installed during the lockdown period and Leisure Pools Sydney went out of their way to get things done as quickly as they could. I was also concerned that it might be time consuming and complicated to maintain a pool, as we are very busy, but the handover and explanations and support we have received, has been second to none and it was much easier and cheaper than I thought. We have now had our pool for 18 months and the fun we have had with friends and family was definitely worth the investment. Everyone loves our pool. Thank you.

My experience with Leisure has been both friendly and professional. The whole process has been seamless and even when any issues arose they were quick to find solutions. The final product is better than what we hoped and we are loving our new pool.The team are amazing! Luke during the sales process was patient as I made many revisions and additions. Abby was great once the project started, she was very responsive and always so easy to deal with. Then came the amazing Project Manager James, he was such a delight to work with and always had the customer at the forefront. From start to finish leisure pools were very friendly and informative in helping us make the right decisions. As life gets busy and we see ourselves being completely time poor it was a big selling point to have them be able to include everything from the pool, concreting and tiling as well as recommend options for fencing. Their quote was broken down and very easy to understand compared to competitors. Would highly recommend. James, our site manager was very professional and came up with ideas outside the box to better suit our space.

In love with our Pool. We had a great experience with the Team from Leisure Pools. All of the team were great to deal with from Derek with our initial Quotation to selecting the pool colour, tiles with Abbey and then Construction with Corey and his crew. We moved into our new home one day and they were there in the dirt the very next day digging the hole. It is definitely the best money we have ever spent and would recommend Leisure Pools.

From start to finish the entire team at Leisure Pools Penrith were fantastic. Everyone was friendly, on time and responsive. We made some changes during our build and James was understanding and helpful, he suggested new ideas and it all turned out to be the perfect advice as our dream pool looks amazing.

Vanessa was professional and prompt from the beginning to the end of the project. Measured and marked where pool would be placed in our backyard. Comprehensive tender was produced with great upgrades that suited our pool design.Leisure pools and Vanessa are highly recommended for any pool build.

Our pool was handed over to us just before Xmas. . We are so happy with leisure pool Sydney and our experience was fantastic . From the salesperson who guided us to make our decisions through to the office team who kept us updated . The trades were all so professional and did an amazing job from excavation through to installation and final handover . Really was a team effort . Such a professional company .
